Movie buffs are being offered a rare opportunity to own a piece of Hollywood history in the form of sprawling Long Island mansion that served as a shooting location for hit film The Wolf of Wall Street - and has just hit the market for a whopping $10 million. 

The property, which has also featured in The Loudest Voice and Elementary and served as the home of Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie's characters in The Wolf of Wall Street, boasts an impressive array of amenities, including six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and an in-home barbershop, as well as a spa and a gym. 

But any film fanatics will likely find its most appealing feature to be its impressive history as a Hollywood movie and TV set - with DiCaprio and Robbie skyrocketing it into the property hall of fame when they filmed scenes from The Wolf of Wall Street there. 

The movie, an adaptation of a true story, sees DiCaprio taking on the role of Jordan Belfort, a stock broker living the high life, and engaging in an affair with Robbie's character Naomi Lapaglia, before plummeting into a world of corruption and crime. 

The movie was filmed across multiple locations in the New York area - including the newly-listed Long Island property, which is being sold by owner and racehorse breeder Ralph Bianculli, who custom built the property in 2010, where he has been living ever since.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom country manor – which stands on five acres of manicured lawn – is located just 25 minutes from the legendary Belmont Racetrack in New York.

The property’s paddocks were a hit with Hollywood and have been used to film scenes including in Martin Scorsese’s 2013 box office hit.

If the spa wasn’t enough, there are also paddocks, with room to stand a 10-stable barn, with tack room and farm manager apartment.
