A New Jersey shopping center recently announced the planned arrival of a popular women’s clothing brand.
Splendid is coming to Bergen Town Center in Paramus.
The 2,331-square-foot store is expected to open this fall, although an official opening date has yet to be announced.
Splendid already operates stores in New York, Massachusetts and Connecticut. However, this will be the company’s first outlet store on the East Coast.
“This opening will allow us to better serve our community and introduce new customers to the Splendid brand,” Jim Walters, VP of retail for Splendid, said.
Splendid offers womenswear, children’s apparel, sleepwear, handbags, shoes and swimwear.
“We’re planning a unique product offering that will be special to this store and community and look forward to making Bergen County our new home,” Walters said.
The womenswear brand won’t be the only new tenant at Bergen Town Center.
Earlier this year the center announced several new additions such as Chick’nCone, Kohl’s, Ani Ramen, V/O Med Spa and Pandora Jewelry.
Hackensack Meridian Health is also building an 80,000-square-foot health center the mall’s property, according to NorthJersey.com.
Splendid originally launched in 2002 as a collection of premium T-shirts and has grown to 19 locations nationwide.
