Pan Pacific Hotels Group plans to double its serviced suites portfolio by 2023 in response to demand for extended-stay properties.

The portfolio will span ten properties in eight cities including Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Nairobi and Singapore. See further details below.

The properties will join the group’s current network of serviced suites: Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Ningbo, Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur and Parkroyal Serviced Suites Singapore.

The expansion will increase the group’s global development portfolio by 50 per cent, adding more than 4,000 keys by 2023.

Choe Peng Sum, CEO of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, shared:

“The extended-stay segment has continued to bring us strong performance, even more so in the last two years. We foresee that this market will continue to grow as demand increases for corporate long-stay and relocation in regional business hubs. Our expansion secures our position in key gateway cities and prime locations around the world, giving us the edge to capture the burgeoning long-stay demand in developing markets and key business hubs.”
